The problem
A food chain running multiple locations had inventory in one place, the product catalog in another, and orders tracked by whoever picked up the phone or the clipboard. Nobody had one clear picture of what was in stock, what was actually for sale, or what was still owed to a customer — just a set of logs that had to be cross-checked by hand.
The approach
We built around the three things staff touch every shift: what's in stock, what's for sale, and what's been ordered. One dashboard, not three systems loosely taped together. Role-based access so day-to-day staff see what their shift needs, without wading through settings meant for management.
The solution
A centralized portal covering inventory management (stock levels, usage, shortages across locations), product management (the full catalog in one place), and order management (create, track, and fulfill from a single dashboard) — on an architecture built to add locations without a rebuild.
The result
Staff get a real-time view of operations instead of relying on spreadsheets or manual logs. Fewer manual errors, less time reconciling numbers that should already match, and a clearer picture of the business at a glance.
