A van service site that turns a visit into a quote request

A Luton van transport company in East London serves businesses and households with very different jobs. We built a single clear site that explains the service and gets people to a quote fast.

A van service site that turns a visit into a quote request

The problem

A van company gets two kinds of enquiry that look nothing alike: a warehouse wanting recurring multi-drop runs, and a family wanting a flat moved on Saturday. Most transport sites bury both under a generic list of vehicles and a contact form, so the visitor has to guess whether this is the right firm.

The approach

We led with what the customer is actually deciding: what can you move, how does it work, and how do I get a price. Commercial transport, office relocations, removals, and specialist deliveries each get their own plain-spoken block, followed by a four-step process that shows exactly what happens after the first message.

The solution

A fast single-page site with anchor navigation, clear service sections, vehicle details for the tall box-body Luton vans, and Google reviews placed where doubt sets in. Click-to-call and WhatsApp sit up front, and the quote form hands the details straight to WhatsApp so the conversation starts where customers already are.

The result

A visitor understands the service in seconds and can ask for a price without leaving the page. The business gets quote requests it can answer from a phone, with the details already in the message.
